Overview
We are seeking a high-talent Azure Full-Stack Developer who can think beyond technical tasks to help shape what gets built—and why. In this role, success is measured not just by code written, but by business value delivered, questions asked, and strategic insight applied. This individual will work across frontend and backend systems using modern cloud-native tools, while leveraging their talent to align solutions with real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and build scalable front-end experiences using React or equivalent frameworks.
- Develop and optimize backend APIs and services using Python.
- Implement secure and performant solutions in Azure, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, ADF, APIM, and Azure SQL.
- Work collaboratively with product owners, business users, and architects to shape requirements based on user intent and outcomes.
- Apply contextual awareness to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical designs.
- Contribute to architectural decisions with a focus on reusability, extensibility, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Be a flexible and adaptable member of a highly productive agile team.
- Leverage Cursor and other AI tools for productivity, but maintain judgment in quality, value, and solution fit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Full-stack development experience in cloud environments (Azure).
- Proven ability to work across front-end and back-end layers of enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful business impact.
- Proficiency in Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Functions, Dev Ops Pipelines).
- Solid backend development in C#, Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and Git-based development workflows.
- Strategic curiosity:
Understands business objectives and questions assumptions. - Problem framing:
Skilled at defining the “what” and “why,” not just the “how.” - Cross-functional fluency:
Can collaborate with non-technical partners (e.g., Finance, Operations). - Systems thinking:
Sees beyond features to design interconnected, value-driven systems. - Adaptability:
Learns quickly, experiments responsibly, and embraces emerging tools and patterns.
