Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, security, and end-user computing.
- Analyze existing infrastructure processes to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, process flows, and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Support testing, UAT coordination, issue tracking, and post-go-live stabilization for infrastructure projects.
- Maintain and update documentation, including requirements, workflows, infrastructure diagrams, and runbooks.
- 3-5 years as a Business Systems Analyst supporting IT or infrastructure initiatives.
- Experience with infrastructure domains such as networks, servers, cloud, security, or IT operations.
- Strong experience in IAM (Identity and Access Management) and SailPoint.
- Proven skills in gathering requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery methods, as well as UAT support.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or similar tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
