Enterprise Information Technology Strategy Leader

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of enterprise-level communications and strategic narratives related to IT strategy and operations, including enterprise technology priorities, service management, Data & AI initiatives, operating model alignment, and progress against key objectives.
  • Prepare Board of Directors and Audit Committee communications, including executive-level presentations, strategic storylines, and enterprise metrics.
  • Develop communications around cybersecurity, data, and organizational performance, linking business outcomes to technology investments, operational decisions, and risk posture.
  • Handle operational communications such as system outages, maintenance notifications, incident updates, and service status messaging.
  • Partner closely with the CIO, CISO, IT leadership team, cybersecurity leaders, program leaders, and technical experts to translate evolving priorities into clear, business-relevant communications.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, framing complex enterprise technology issues for senior stakeholders and shaping the narrative around key decisions, priorities, and trade-offs.
  • Drive consistent messaging, tone, and executive communication standards across IT, ensuring alignment across senior leadership, organizational updates, and external-facing executive materials.
  • Create high-impact executive and Board-level presentations that distill complex information into concise, actionable insights and support high-stakes decision-making.
  • Influence how enterprise technology strategy is communicated and understood across the organization, strengthening alignment, engagement, and confidence in IT priorities.
  • Support change management and transformation efforts tied to new technologies, operating model shifts, process changes, and digital initiatives.
  • Lead communication planning, governance, and review cycles for major IT announcements and updates, operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how IT communicates value, progress, and priorities to the broader business, establishing scalable approaches, standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, enterprise IT strategy, executive communications, or a related discipline, including significant experience supporting senior executives in complex enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and executive presentation development skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate highly complex technology, cybersecurity, data, and operational topics into clear, compelling, business-focused communications.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT strategy, IT operations, service management, cybersecurity, and operating models within a large-scale environment.
  • Proven ability to connect the dots across strategy, operations, data, security, and organizational priorities to shape cohesive enterprise narratives.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior leadership and influencing across organizational boundaries.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with significant autonomy, navigate ambiguity, and manage high-visibility work with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Board-level communications, enterprise strategy reviews, or executive decision forums.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology transformation, cybersecurity governance, Data & AI strategy, and performance management.
  • Experience establishing communication standards, scalable messaging approaches, or executive narrative frameworks across large organizations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables simultaneously.

This is a hybrid position that will commute to Analog Devices’ Wilmington, MA office.
