• Hands on characterization and bring up of hardware and firmware components.
• Utilize lab equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies and spectrum analyzers to gather data on new hardware designs.
• Based on data gathered, drive schematic or firmware changes to improve performance.
• Document performance and procedures to enable other users to utilize designs.
• Work directly with customers to understand their requirements for next generation systems and incorporate these requirements into new, industry-leading, hardware and software solutions.

• BSEE or BSCS degree program.
• Experience with C/C++, Matlab/Simulink, LabVIEW, Python.
• Solid background in analog, digital and mixed signal circuits.
• Desire to work on complex hardware and software problems at both a theoretical and hands‑on level.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $87,188 to $119,906. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

• This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
• This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
