Responsibilities

  • Lead instructional design and curriculum development for assigned workstream (P2P, AP, C2C, SCM, MDM, reporting)
  • Support overall training strategy, planning, and stakeholder coordination
  • Design and develop training materials (ILT, VILT, eLearning, videos, documentation)
  • Assist with train-the-trainer program development and delivery
  • Maintain training work plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Manage creation of user guides, job aids, and training content
  • Support planning and delivery of in-person and remote training
  • Oversee SME review process to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Partner with technical writing team for alignment
  • Coordinate LMS uploads with L&D team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience, including 3+ in instructional design, adult learning, and curriculum development (eLearning, ILT, VILT)
  • Facilitation experience preferred
  • Experience developing technical training for Oracle or similar ERP systems
  • Ability to build training aligned to business processes and workflows
  • Proven success managing multiple deliverables across complex, matrixed environments

    Strong knowledge of training tools and delivery methods
  • Experience with synchronous and asynchronous training design
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and advanced PowerPoint skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
