- Collaborate with Corporate G&A teams to translate business system requirements into design specifications, system configurations, and solutions for purchased and home‑grown applications.
- Apply ERP software expertise to foster best‑in‑class solutions across multiple business areas and demonstrate exceptional expertise and leadership related to SAP.
- Devise complex cross‑functional solutions for significant situations, working across SAP, Data Warehouse, and integration technology landscapes.
- Provide clear instructions and specifications to development teams for solutions requiring code work; assist with unit testing of solutions.
- Work with third‑party vendors and contractors on major projects, maintaining oversight of project‑related expenses and budget.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria and work with other technical teams to ensure technical and business needs are determined seamlessly.
- Organize and manage multiple assignments with challenging timelines independently and effectively.
- Make decisions and collaborate efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership characteristics within the group and the broader IT organization, coaching and mentoring other individual contributors on technologies and business processes.
- Serve as technical solutions lead on large transformational SAP projects, providing direction to both functional and technical resources.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects related to business processes such as order management, channel management, commerce, scheduling, supply‑chain planning, and finance.
- Work with iterative Agile, Waterfall methodologies and test‑driven development.
- Lead strategic initiatives tightly aligned with departmental goals and measures, serving as spokesperson to senior management for specialized programs and projects.
- Show curiosity for SAP and explore new technologies or functionality.
- BS/MS degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or an IT/Order Management related subject.
- 10+ years of experience in IT working with business systems.
- 10+ years of SAP experience required, with at least 3 years of experience with S/4 around SAP Sales and Distribution (SD/OTC); experience with at least 3 implementations or upgrades.
- Solid track record of expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution configuration; additional knowledge of EDI/IDoc, BTP, CDS, and Fiori expected.
- Additional knowledge of GTS, Commerce Cloud, and SCM integrations is a plus.
- Demonstrated technical capability to read and debug ABAP code.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing end‑to‑end SD/OTC solutions, including integrations and cross‑functional touch points with all SAP modules.
- Data‑driven decision maker, able to communicate abstract or complex interactions of systems, processes and people.
- Ability to establish effective relationships with various levels in the organization and influence team members to action and commitment.
- Excellent organizational skills and experience working in Agile environments; ability to pivot quickly when core strategies or plans change.
- Cross‑functional SAP experience between MM, FI, and EWM is a major plus.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $131,250 to $196,875. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance‑based bonus and includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
