Responsibilities
- Deskside Management, Touch Support, Local IT, Imaging, O365 Support, Investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues.
- Provide all desktop, laptop, printer and proprietary software support and administrative functions for desktop user issues.
- Remote support and troubleshooting of end‑user issues.
- Windows OS and Mac Book support.
- Zscaler troubleshooting.
- Manage and support end‑to‑end Remote Desktop related activities.
- Understand business and technical requirements, and provide solutions, design and implementation approaches for SCCM, Intune and Windows 10.
- Have prior experience in design and implementation of an SCCM hierarchy.
- Prior experience designing and implementing migration to SCCM from other tools.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with SCCM, Imaging and Patch Management, Software Distribution, and O365 Support.
Salary Range: $65,000–$85,000 a year
