Uni First is seeking a SAP Technical Lead Architect to drive the design and delivery of SAP solutions supporting our North American manufacturing and uniform rental operations. In this role, you will own the SAP technical roadmap, optimize system performance, and lead integrations that enable production, logistics, and facility service workflows. You'll collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders, guide developers on best practices, and ensure a secure, scalable SAP landscape.

Responsibilities
- Lead SAP technical architecture for manufacturing and distribution operations at Uni
- First
- Design, configure, and optimize SAP solutions to support uniform rental, production, and logistics processes
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP technical designs and roadmaps
- Oversee integrations between SAP and adjacent enterprise systems, including manufacturing and facility services platforms
- Guide development teams on SAP best practices, coding standards, performance, and security
- Own overall SAP landscape health, including system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with functional leads, operations, and IT to drive process improvements
- Provide technical leadership on SAP implementation, enhancement, and rollout projects
- Develop and maintain SAP technical documentation, standards, and governance
- Mentor junior SAP technical staff and support issue resolution for critical production incidents
Required Skills
- SAP S/4
- HANA or ECC architecture
- SAP ABAP development
- SAP Basis and system administration concepts
- Enterprise application integration (APIs, middleware)
- SAP modules for manufacturing and logistics (e.g., PP, MM, SD, WM/EWM)
- Performance tuning and scalability for SAP landscapes
- SAP security and authorization design
- Solution architecture and technical road mapping
- SQL and relational database concepts for SAP backends
- Technical documentation and governance for SAP environments
