Compensation

$100,000-$140,000 total compensation (salary + performance bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture

* Lead, manage, and develop a team of Plumbing & Electrical Technicians.

* Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to results and standards.

Revenue Growth & Strategy
