KBW has partnered with a manufacturing company that’s scaling rapidly and is seeking a Corporate Controller to join its executive leadership team.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a proactive, high-energy accounting leader who thrives in a complex, global environment and wants to play a key role in scaling a business through significant growth and M&A activity.

• Serving as the lead in accounting overseeing all aspects of technical and operational accounting
• Manage a large team of direct and indirect personnel
• Partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership team across the business
• Lead M&A integration and organizational scaling initiatives
• Drive process, systems, controls, and operational improvements
• Support a company experiencing significant growth, with ambitious plans to scale revenue substantially over the next several years
• International scope across the globe
• Regular travel to domestic and international locations

• Current or recent Corporate Controller / Senior Director-level experience
• Must have experience within a complex, large manufacturing company
• Strong technical accounting expertise
• Experience with M&A, integration, process improvement, and organizational transformation
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Executive presence with a hands-on, proactive, business-partnering approach
