Process Engineer

Summary

Seeking a Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and sustain injection molding and automation processes in a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Polymer, or related field) required
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes and automated manufacturing systems
• Experience developing SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
• Proficiency in English required;
  Mandarin Chinese speaking ability strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, process validation, and regulated manufacturing environments

• Develop, transfer, optimize, and sustain injection molding and automation processes
• Serve as key interface between U.S. manufacturing operations and China-based R&D teams
• Own end-to-end injection molding and automation process flows
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and training materials
• Lead process optimization initiatives for yield improvement and defect reduction
• Troubleshoot complex process issues involving molding, automation, materials, and equipment interactions
