This role is responsible for developing and managing weekly and monthly production schedules for various build programs. You will oversee the clear‑to‑build process, ensuring all necessary resources, materials, and labor are ready before production begins. Successfully balancing production capacity with demand while proactively communicating changes and risks will be critical to this position.

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules.
• Manage the clear‑to‑build process for all builds.
• Coordinate material availability and labor capacity.
• Adjust plans based on dynamic changes and communicate impacts.
• Lead production stand‑ups to align teams and track progress.

• 3+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software like Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in low‑volume, high‑mix production, is required.
