, collaborate across departments, and directly influence the success of machine builds and customer deliveries.
- Manage and oversee material planning and production scheduling to ensure on-time machine builds
- Create and maintain BOMs, routings, and production orders within SAP (S/4
HANA preferred) - Review engineering releases to ensure accuracy against customer orders
- Ensure all materials are in-house and ready prior to build completion
- Interpret and work from part drawings, electrical, and pneumatic schematics
- Make informed make vs. buy decisions for components
- Look up and attach part drawings to production orders
- Ensure accurate and complete internal documentation for builds
- Monitor and manage internal and external part workflows
- Expedite materials and components to keep builds on track
- Initiate and track rework processes
, collaborating closely with engineering
- Store and manage project data within ECTR PLM systems
- Maintain accuracy across SAP for materials, routings, and production planning
- Support Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and fire prevention initiatives
- Coordinate employee training and maintain proper documentation
- Manage external vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in machining (milling centers) and machine assembly environments
- 5+ years of SAP experience (BOMs, routings, production orders); S/4
HANA preferred
Technical Skills
- Ability to read part prints, electrical, and pneumatic drawings
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and production planning
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Production Excellence initiatives
