Production Worker - Heavy Lifter

Our client, an industry leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Worker
- Heavy Lifter to join their team. As a Production Worker
- Heavy Lifter, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $16.50 - $17 an hour

** Shift:
** 1st shift - $16.50; 2nd shift - $17

This role involves working in a  
** cold-temperature environment** .

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes

+ Rotate between various production tasks including assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches

+ Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of any issues

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards

+ Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior experience required; training provided

+ Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

+ Willingness to work in various areas of production as needed

+ Ability to tolerate temperature variations, including cold and hot conditions

+ Must pass drug and background screenings
