Pallet Repair Operator

CHEP is seeking a Pallet Repair Operator to join our Manufacturing & Production team. In this hands-on role, you will inspect, repair, and sort wooden pallets to defined quality and safety standards, supporting CHEP's global, circular supply chain network. Working in a fast-paced, safety-first manufacturing environment, you'll use hand and power tools, operate material-handling equipment, and maintain accurate counts while meeting productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wooden pallets for damage and determine required repairs
• Repair pallets using hand and power tools to CHEP quality standards
• Sort, stack, and stage pallets for shipment or reuse
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize materials
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards
• Record counts, repair types, and basic production data
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
• Identify and report equipment or safety issues promptly
