Sr. Engineering Technician

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Engineering Technician in the Wilmington MA area. The ideal candidate will have between 15-20 years of experience working in precision assembly in a development environment. This candidate will be highly independent and be a self driven problem solver. There day to day will consist of dealing with ambiguity very well and being able to rapidly seek out the information needed in order to maintain accelerated execution.

This person should be able to contribute day one and hit the ground running with their knowledge and experience. In addition, they need to be able to understand and handle down time, meaning that they will be looking for the next thing to do without some sort of direction. This can be paperwork or any other tasks to help out with the manufacturing engineers.
