Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Nurse Manager

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an RN for the Home Health Nurse Manager position located in the Wilmington, MA office. The office provides Medicare‑certified home health care to adult and geriatric clients across Essex, Middlesex, and Suffolk counties. The role offers a Monday‑Friday schedule with no weekend duties.

• Mon‑Fri, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
• On‑site presence expected; flexible work location options to support operational effectiveness.

• Competitive salary: $100,000 – $112,000 per year (based on qualifications)
• Quarterly bonus incentives up to $3,400 per quarter

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the field staff to provide exceptional care.
• Collaborate with the Rehab Manager, Director, and DCO to ensure cohesive management of all field staff.
• Review clinical documentation for consistency, accuracy, and high quality.
• Coordinate client assignments, care plans, referrals, and act as an internal case manager and client advocate.
• Ensure ongoing development and updates to individualized plans of care based on client assessment.
• Participate in hiring and interview processes for field staff as required.
• Represent BAYADA in community and marketing activities, including visits to physician offices.

• RN license with at least 2 years of home health experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures.
• Motivation to lead, inspire, and motivate others.
