Pride Health is seeking a Home Health RN for one of our clients in MA! (Contract)
Coverage:
Merrimac, Haverhill, Methuen, Lawrence, North Andover, Andover, North Reading, Wilmington, Burlington, Bedford, Concord, Acton, Carlisle, Billerica, Chelmsford, Westford, Tyngsborough, Dunstable, Dracut, Lowell, Tewksbury, Carlisle.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm (On-Call-every 3rd week)
Contract:
3-month contract
Pay Rate: $48-53 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities- Oasis Assessment
- Wound Care, Catheter Care, Labs
- Disease Process Education, Medication Education, Picc Line Care and Education
- Lpn And Aide Supervisory Visits
- Team Case Conference Meetings.
- Current active LPN license
- BLS
- Prior Home Health experience
- HCHB experience
