** Lab Technician
**** Position Summary
** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join a dynamic team supporting innovative technologies and customer applications. The ideal candidate is hands-on, scientifically curious, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a larger organization.

As a member of a small technical team, the Lab Technician will support experimental execution, laboratory operations, and day-to-day lab maintenance while ensuring a high standard of scientific rigor, organization, and documentation.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Support sensor manufacturing, bacterial counting, and downstream microbiology workflows
* Operate proprietary laboratory equipment to conduct experiments supporting customer application development and technical evaluations.
* Prepare, execute, and document experiments in a biological and chemical laboratory environment.
* Maintain accurate experimental records and support technical documentation in accordance with internal standards.
* Perform routine laboratory upkeep, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, organization, and general lab operations.
* Collaborate with technical teams to support project objectives and customer timelines.
** Qualifications
* ** Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.
* 2+ years of laboratory experience in a biological, chemical, or related laboratory environment (industry or academic experience considered).
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accurate documentation and data integrity.
* For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce
- Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State
- Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
