As a Customer Support Team Associate, you will work with our internal branch locations and customer base to expedite orders from our eCommerce platform through the logistics chain — playing a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities Of a Customer Support Team Associate- Work with branch locations to communicate upcoming and expedite orders
- Source equipment and materials from within the company
- Report inventory and logistical needs to management
- Communicate with customers on order status and delivery/pick‑up dates
- Work with the customer base to resolve issues
- Communicate internally on potential solutions and changes
- Support Business Development by identifying potential growth opportunities and handing off prospects to the Business Development Center
- Other duties as assigned.
