McGovern Auto Group - Hyundai Rt 93 in Wilmington is looking to hire an Experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team!

• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
• Continue to gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
• Support online customers by setting appointments
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

• 1-2 years of sales experience required
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record
• Able to pass background screen
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Sales experience inclusive of new and pre-owned vehicles
