Overview
Ametros is changing the way individuals navigate healthcare by providing them with the tools and support necessary to make educated decisions on how to spend their medical funds. The team works closely with patients, insurers, employers, attorneys, brokers, medical providers, and Medicare to create a seamless experience for our clients. Our flagship product revolutionizes the administration of funds from insurance claim settlements after settlement, simplifying healthcare for everyone.
Responsibilities- Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations and marketing slicks that effectively communicate product value and align with brand standards.
- Serve as the first point of contact for marketing-related requests from the sales team, ensuring all tasks are tracked, prioritized, and completed on time.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality marketing assets that support sales goals.
- Review and edit materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, with a strong focus on detail.
- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to gather input and ensure marketing materials meet strategic objectives.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred.
- 3-4 years experience in a professional setting required.
- 1-2 years PowerPoint experience required.
- 1-2 years Graphic design experience (Canva) required.
- Project Management and/or Workfront experience preferred.
The estimated hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hr to $30.00/hr actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
