Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report concerns to site contacts.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, shipping and receiving areas, trailer yards, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.;
Help manage vehicle access and direct authorized traffic, maintaining clear communication with staff regarding security procedures.
