Key Accountabilities- Install HVAC filters in various types of air handlers.
- Perform visual inspections of each unit during the service.
- Document deficiencies and effectively communicate any discrepancies with manager.
- Ensure that the service truck is properly maintained as noted in vehicle specification guide.
- Accountability of all tools related to HVAC service.
- Lead the team by making initial contact with facilities personnel when arriving on site and communicating service work being performed.
- Load, transport, and deliver items to clients, businesses, or job sites in a safe, timely manner.
- At the completion of each service job, remove and dispose of all trash and debris such as used filters in accordance with environmental regulations.
- Prepare reports and other documents relating to HVAC service.
- Document, date, and initial filters in each filter bank.
- Be a team player with the ability to work with others.
- Work in confined spaces.
- Not be afraid of heights and be able to climb up and down various types of ladders.
- Be willing to travel for service jobs.
- Review orders before and after deliveries to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Operate equipment and machines, such as vans, trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and table saws.
- Assist the warehouse personnel by unloading trucks, organizing products, accurately pulling orders, and manufacturing custom filters.
- Assist customers with orders in warehouse.
- Prepare orders for outbound shipments and service jobs.
- Accurately pull orders.
- Display good communication and organization skills.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card in accordance with FMCSA requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned.
- High School diploma.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Must have transportation to and from the branch office.
- Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Experience working both indoors and outdoors.
- Experience driving box trucks of various sizes.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working with hand tools.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a drug panel and DOT physical examination.
- Full‑time availability.
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
