Senior Robotics Software Engineer​/ROS​/ROS

We’re partnered with a fast‑moving engineering team in Middlesex County, MA building next‑generation robotic systems that bring intelligent software into real‑world environments. They’re hiring a full‑time Senior Robotics Software Engineer to work across perception, planning, and execution.

This role is ideal for someone coming from a startup or autonomy background who’s used to moving quickly, owning systems end‑to‑end, and working heavily in ROS/RO2 based architecture. You’ll be building and scaling robotics software that interfaces directly with sensors, ML models, and actuation systems, turning high‑level intelligence into reliable motion in dynamic environments. If you’ve worked on real robots and enjoy a fast‑paced environment while solving issues and problems in real time this is a strong fit.

• 5+ years in robotics software, autonomy, or systems engineering
• Deep experience with ROS/RO2
• Strong C++ and Python experience
• Experience integrating perception, planning, or control systems
• Hands‑on experience with real robotics platforms
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and distributed robotics architectures

• Experience with simulation tools
• Exposure to ML interface pipelines in robotics
