Our team is seeking personable and motivated Top Talent to support the company’s warehouse team as a Warehouse Supervisor located in our Wilmington, MA facility. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the receipt, storage, distribution, and quality control of flooring materials. This position requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the efficient functioning of our warehouse and the warehouse team.

• Team Leadership and Management:
  Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure their performance and development.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities, set priorities, and manage workloads to achieve operational goals.
• Inventory Management:
  Oversee inventory control activities, including receiving, inspecting, storing, and organizing goods within the warehouse.
• Implement inventory management best practices to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment:
  Coordinate order processing, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Monitor order progress, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery to meet customer expectations.
• Quality Control:
  Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure that products meet company specifications and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular quality checks, inspections, and audits to identify and address any deviations.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow and ensure consistency.
• Equipment and Facility Management:
  Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and maintain a safe working environment.
• Vendor and Customer Relations:
  Communicate with suppliers and vendors to coordinate deliveries, manage returns, and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and order-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Promote and enforce a culture of safety, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
