Senior Accountant

A growing, multi-location services company is hiring a Senior Accountant to support continued expansion. This role offers strong exposure to operations, consistent year-over-year growth, and clear long-term career development.

This is a hands‑on accounting role working closely with both accounting leadership and field operations. You’ll play a key role in the month‑end close, financial analysis, and process improvement while gaining visibility to senior leadership.

Hybrid schedule (2–3 days in office).

• Support month‑end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly financial reports and partner with operations on performance reviews
• Assist with external financial statements, audits, and technical accounting research
• Identify and implement process and policy improvements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cross‑functional projects
• Assist with AP, owner/vendor tax forms, and special projects as needed

• 3+ years of full‑cycle general ledger accounting experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of debits, credits, and US GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills;
  Net Suite experience preferred
• Independent, driven, upbeat communicator with strong problem‑solving skills
