The City of Smithville is seeking an Accounting Assistant with a High School diploma/GED and a valid Texas driver’s license. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred.
Knowledge of Tyler Tech ERP Pro 10 is a plus. The role supports accounts receivable, grants, budget processes, fixed assets and insurance tasks under the Finance Director.
