We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to support our day‑to‑day accounting operations across our growing portfolio of entities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the details, improving processes, and contributing meaningfully to a scaling organization.
You’ll play a critical role in keeping our accounting operations running smoothly across multiple entities while helping strengthen the close process, controls, and reporting infrastructure that support our venues and events.
What You’ll Do:Accounting Operations
- Own full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable across multiple entities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices; track collections and resolve discrepancies
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Process intercompany transactions, allocations, and journal entries
- Maintain vendor records, W-9s, contracts, and 1099 compliance documentation
- Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns across multiple states
- Support month-end close through accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Maintain general ledger accuracy across multiple entities
- Assist in preparing monthly and ad hoc financial reporting packages
- Partner with the SVP of Finance & Operations on close timeline, quality, and reporting accuracy
- Support ongoing Sage Intacct ERP optimization and system enhancements
- Document and improve accounting standard operating procedures
- Contribute to stronger internal controls, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy
- Coordinate with venue and operations teams on payments, vendor compliance, and financial workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills and experience with cloud-based accounting or ERP systems (Sage Intacct, Net Suite, or Quick Books)
- Multi-entity accounting experience preferred
- Multi-state sales and use tax filing experience preferred
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and comfort operating independently in a fast‑paced environment

$65,000 – $90,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
