Controller, Accounting, Accounting Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing organization to identify a Controller to join its leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounting leader who thrives in a high-growth environment and wants to help build and shape the future of an expanding organization.

This role offers significant visibility with executive leadership and the opportunity to drive accounting transformation initiatives, support business growth, and lead a talented team through a period of continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations across multiple entities
• Lead and develop a growing accounting team, including existing staff and future hires
• Own and enhance the month-end and year-end close processes
• Drive accounting process improvements and standardization initiatives
• Support a major ERP implementation and related transformation efforts
• Assist with the integration of newly acquired businesses
• Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic and operational initiatives
• Strengthen internal controls, reporting processes, and accounting infrastructure
• Help design and build a scalable accounting organization for future growth

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Progressive accounting leadership experience, ideally in a Controller, Director of Accounting, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager capacity
• Strong multi-entity accounting experience
• Experience leading month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Exposure to ERP implementations, system upgrades, or process transformation initiatives
• Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or rapidly growing organizations is highly preferred
• CPA and/or public accounting background are a plus.
• Strong technical accounting expertise
• Independent, self-directed, and solutions-oriented
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven people leadership experience
• Collaborative leadership style with a hands-on approach
