Job Overview
As a full-time Front Desk Receptionist at Cherubini Orthodontics, you'll handle the vital administrative, customer service, and patient communication responsibilities that help keep our practice successful! With offices in Wilmington and Atkinson, NC, you'll float between our two practices to help keep things accurate and organized.

You’ll work from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday and rotate between our Wilmington and Atkinson offices as needed. That means you’ll have a 4‑day workweek every week! If you’re ready for a bright new opportunity, keep reading!

- Coordinating with our dental office team to keep workdays smooth, efficient, and productive
- Warmly greeting patients as they call or visit, answering questions, explaining our services, and scheduling/rescheduling appointments
- Accurately entering data for new patient intakes and maintaining organized files
- Floating between our two offices to fulfill business needs
- Tackling additional administrative tasks as assigned
- At least 1 year of experience working in a dental or medical office
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer proficiency
- Experience using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and various social media platforms
- Ability to take initiative and proactively tackle responsibilities
- Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Team spirit
- Professional appearance and polite phone communication skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- High school degree or GED
