Position OverviewWe are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Front Desk Receptionist who is professional, personable, and highly organized. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and supportive office environment.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced legal setting.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner (in person and by phone)
- Answer and direct incoming calls in both English and Spanish
- Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars
- Collect client information and update case management systems
- Receive, scan, and distribute mail and legal documents
- Assist with intake forms and ensure required documentation is complete
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in a law firm or immigration setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office technology (scanners, phone systems, etc.) - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
