Interim Health Care is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Service Manager to join our growing team in Wilmington, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment while making a meaningful impact on the lives of clients and caregivers.
The Client Service Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of our home care office by coordinating caregiver schedules, supporting office operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients, families, and referral partners.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate and maintain daily and monthly caregiver schedules using our electronic scheduling system.
- Ensure client visits are staffed appropriately while responding quickly to scheduling changes.
- Monitor Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) compliance and resolve any scheduling or documentation issues.
- Receive client referrals, document service requests, and coordinate the placement of qualified caregivers.
- Verify client insurance information and assist with intake processes.
- Assist with recruiting activities, including creating employee files, verifying licenses and certifications, conducting background checks, and posting job openings.
- Support payroll, billing, collections, and marketing efforts as needed.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, caregivers, and referral sources.
- Participate in the agency's on-call rotation.
- Assist with special projects and other office responsibilities as assigned.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare, staffing, customer service, scheduling, or a related field.
- Previous home care or healthcare staffing experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
