As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our service department. You’ll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding ownership experience.

• Greeting customers and creating a positive first impression
• Listening carefully to customer concerns and documenting needs
• Recommending maintenance and repair services
• Communicating clearly with technicians and service teams
• Providing updates and managing customer expectations
• Ensuring a smooth, professional service experience from start to finish

We’re seeking someone who is confident, organized, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presence and positive attitude
• Sales or upselling experience (a plus)
• Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required

Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
