Junior Project Partner

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting timelines and achieving milestones to support annual goals.
• Identify task sequences and resource needs, prioritize key actions, and anticipate impacts and risks of decisions.
• Establish and maintain strong, communicative relationships with internal and external clients.
• Take initiative to improve services, processes, programs, and products.

• Analytical and reasoning abilities to examine data, draw conclusions, and solve problems.
• Planning and organizing skills to coordinate ideas and resources effectively.
• Commitment to providing high-quality services and continuous improvement.
• Previous project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, ASAP Utilities).
• Proven track record of achievement and strong performance.
• Flexibility and agility to adapt to team needs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong time management, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.

• Annual success-sharing bonuses or commission plans based on individual performance.
• Hybrid work model: onsite three days per week and remote two days per week.
