Our location in Columbus, OH, currently has an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager PPMO - R&D In Research & Development (R&D) our ambition is to provide innovative high-quality products, creating sustainable value, delivering superior user experience and enhancing health outcomes at all stages of life.

Primary Function:
Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams by driving stakeholder alignment, facilitating informed decision-making, framing risks and tradeoffs, and guiding teams through ambiguity to achieve successful project outcomes. Projects will include line extensions, reformulations, new products, new manufacturing processes and new packages. Plan projects by establishing timelines & budgets. Identify opportunities to improve project planning and forecast accuracy. Lead cross-functional teams through complex and evolving challenges while providing structure, clarity, and direction.

Identify and address synergies and/or conflicts across multiple projects. Coach/guide/lead other PMs to elevate their level of performance in the above areas. This position will work with limited supervision; is accountable for all project deliverables.

• Drive decision readiness by identifying critical decision points, synthesizing complex information, framing alternatives, and ensuring stakeholders have the insights needed to make timely, informed decisions.
• Participate in project assessments and ensure project scope and success criteria are clearly outlined.
• Establish clear priorities among project activities and develop and manage project plans to meet deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional project timeline and follow-up with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide cross-functional forecasting, tracking, reporting and oversight on project budget and expenditures.
