Product Manager
Curious Minds. Bold Ideas. Extraordinary Impact
. We're transforming financial services through bold innovation and relentless execution. You bring the ideas and drive. We'll build what's next — together.
nCino is looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of consumer and small business loan origination within our Global Banking Solutions product suite. You will own a portfolio of existing features, partnering directly with customers and cross functional stakeholders to understand what is working, what is not, and where the next opportunity lies. You will dig into voice of customer research, market data, and usage analytics to inform what gets built next, translate that insight into well scoped initiatives and epics, and work closely with engineering and design to bring those ideas to life.
Once features ship, you will stay close to them, tracking adoption and customer sentiment to decide where to double down and where to rethink the approach.
This is a role with real range. You will shadow customer engagements to build firsthand exposure, use AI and machine learning tools to surface patterns and opportunities in how customers behave, and develop a depth of product knowledge that lets you speak confidently about how your features perform in the real world and how they connect to the broader customer experience.
The ideal candidate brings a couple years of experience in product or a related technical field, strong communication skills, and comfort working in an agile environment. Knowledge of commercial, small business, or consumer banking is a plus, as is experience with loan origination technology.
