Project Manager Construction

Responsibilities

• Main Point of Contact on Project Communications with Owners, Designers, Subcontractors, and Vendors.
• Develop and manage project budgets, buyouts, and change orders.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and create baseline project schedules
• Coordinate with field superintendents for site execution and logistics.
• Maintain frequent and clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Issue and manage subcontract agreements with support from contracts admin.
• Ensure timely submittals, RFIs, and procurement logs are maintained.
• Chair weekly project meetings and issue meeting minutes.
• Track and forecast costs, schedule risks, and procurement timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Drive project to successful closeout including punch list and warranty documentation.

• 5+ years financial leadership in commercial construction
• Proactive problem solver and decision-maker
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized with a bias for action
• Financially savvy and schedule-driven
• Client-focused and solutions-oriented
• Accountable and team-focused
• Proficient with Construction Management Software. (Sage CM)
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling (Microsoft Project)
• Microsoft Teams / SharePoint (Collaboration and documentation)
• Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
