• Initiate and submit monthly pay applications to ensure positive cash flow on projects
• Financial management for the lifecycle of the project
• Schedule and organize Project Meetings to facilitate communication with Project Teams
• Enter and organize project documents in project management and accounting software (Procore)
• Communicate project updates and important information to project stakeholders
• Anticipate the needs of Citadel Masonry/Monteith Construction project team to generate positive relationships and ensure on-time delivery
• Manage relationships to ensure positive project experience
• Participate in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiatives

The pay range for this role is: 60,000 - 70,000 USD per year (Citadel Masonry Wilmington)
