Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Oversee commercial construction projects from concept through completion
- Partner closely with clients to develop and execute their project vision
- Manage planning, design, development, and construction phases
- Coordinate flexible delivery options tailored to each project's needs
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong background across planning, design, and construction phases
- Ability to manage multiple project types and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a turnkey, full lifecycle project environment
