Join a well-established, family-owned heavy civil contractor celebrating 65 years in business
. We're looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to lead estimating efforts, support major infrastructure projects, and help mentor a growing team.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bids for heavy civil/sitework projects
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform quantity takeoffs and develop labor, equipment, and material pricing
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
- Support bid reviews, project handoffs, and value engineering efforts
- Help build estimating processes and mentor junior estimators
- 5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, excavation, foundations, and site development
- Proficiency with AGTEK, Excel, Outlook, Word (HCSS is a plus)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
