Superintendent - Multi Family Construction Wilmington, NC

Because of our growth on the Multi Family side, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent with a strong background in ground up, wood frame, multi unit construction. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality residential communities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of multi-family construction projects, from site mobilization to final closeout.
  • Lead and motivate a team of subcontractors and field personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections, identify and resolve construction issues, and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in multi-family construction, with a strong emphasis on garden-style apartment projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
  • Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
