Talbert, Bright & Ellington, LLC. (TBE) is seeking a full-time Resident Project Representative (RPR) II to support airfield and landside projects and clients at airports across the region. The position is based in Wilmington, NC.
The RPR II will act as the primary on-site representative, monitor construction, prepare daily reports, coordinate meetings, review submittals and RFIs, and assist with project closeout while ensuring contract compliance and quality across all phases.
