Position Summary:TRACK is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction professional to train and mentor the next generation of heavy equipment operators using advanced simulator technology and classroom instruction.

Responsibilities

  • Train students using heavy equipment simulators.
  • Teach safe equipment operation and OSHA best practices.
  • Share real-world heavy civil construction knowledge and jobsite expectations.
  • Mentor students with little or no construction experience.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide coaching.
  • Prepare students for successful careers in the construction industry.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of heavy civil construction experience.
  • Experience as a Superintendent, General Superintendent, or Foreman preferred.
  • Experience training, mentoring, or developing new employees.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable using computers (simulator training provided).
  • Valid driver's license.
