Construction Superintendent

We're looking for a Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial builds in the Raleigh-Durham area, ensuring every project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest technical standard.

• Direct day-to-day on-site operations, coordinating trades, subcontractors, and field staff to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as the primary field authority on assigned projects, translating plans and specifications into safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and site regulations, maintaining a secure work environment for all personnel.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers to anticipate and resolve field issues before they impact timelines or cost.
• Manage material and equipment logistics on-site to minimize delays and waste.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and documentation to support project tracking and quality control.
• Based out of the Raleigh-Durham office, working on commercial projects in the Life Science, Healthcare, and Mission Critical sectors.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in field supervision.
• Proven experience serving as the lead/main Superintendent on at least 2 projects from start to finish.
• Strong working knowledge of construction means, methods, materials, and safety/regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors and field crews effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with Project Managers, trades, and other on-site stakeholders.
