Alpha Omega Construction Group in Wilmington, NC seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee subcontracted crews for roofing, siding, and gutters. You will receive daily schedules and assign jobs to builders and crews.
You will coordinate materials, inspect quality and safety, and ensure on-time completion while enforcing OSHA requirements.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in construction, roofing or siding experience, a High School Diploma, and bilingual English/Spanish is desired.
