• Managing client accounts (local Wilmington brands 👋)
• Translating strategy into high-performing, platform-specific content across Tik Tok, Meta, and Linked In by creating/edits videos, carousels, and stories
• Writing captions that don’t sound corporate or like AI
• Capturing on-site content for clients using iPhone videography and photography
• Reviewing analytics and adjusting strategy based on performance
• Brainstorming campaigns, hooks, and creative concepts with our team
• Communicating clearly with clients and teammates, including writing concise, easy-to-understand emails (sounds harder than it actually is, if you know you know)

• Care about a good hook
• Notice trends, patterns, or conversations that are happening online
• You pay attention to culture, trends, and shifts in social because you actually find it interesting
• Can explain why something worked, not just that it worked
• You’re comfortable being on camera or directing others on camera when needed
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a flexible, hybrid work environment
• You can admit when you don’t know something and are willing to learn
• Can take feedback and adjust quickly
• You thrive in a team environment and genuinely like collaborating
• You care about doing work the right way, even when no one is watching

This position starts part-time, with the goal of full-time based on performance and agency growth.
