The Customer Experience Associate delivers exceptional customer service while supporting branch sales enablement and warehouse operations. This role serves as a key link between customers, sales, vendors, and internal teams—ensuring accurate order processing, strong lead management, CRM/ERP discipline, and a smooth, professional customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers at the counter, phone, and email
Process orders, quotes, returns, and warranty claims
Triage and route inbound leads; track follow-ups in CRM/ERP
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Support sales documentation and quote-to-order coordination
Pick, pack, receive, and stock inventory
Maintain a clean and safe showroom and warehouse
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
Ability to work independently and in a team
Physical RequirementsLift up to 70 lbs occasionally
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Comfortable in warehouse and customer-facing environments
