We Sell Mats is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Statesville, NC, to be the main contact for customers via phone, email and live chat. The role involves answering questions, producing quotes, and processing orders, including follow-up on POs and open orders while upholding a personal customer touch.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in customer service, be comfortable with Shopify and Zendesk, and join an in-office team for a 10am–4pm schedule.
