Capital Ford of Wilmington is seeking our next Service BDC Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced and expanding industry. The Service BDC Representative is responsible for managing inbound internet and phone inquiries, generating service appointments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails

• Respond promptly to internet service inquiries via phone and email

• Schedule service appointments and follow up with no-show customers

• Conduct follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction

• Contact customers regarding current service promotions and marketing campaigns

• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing customers

• Manage a follow-up system that drives repeat business and referrals

• Generate appointments that result in dealership visits

• Strong computer skills

• Call center or high-volume phone experience preferred

• Automotive experience is a plus but not required

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently set appointments

• Positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude

• Professional, prompt, and customer-focused demeanor
